Bruno Paris is the story of a passion spanning several decades.
The passion of French Master Ice Cream Artisan Bruno Aïm for the world of ice cream, of course, but also for Asia.
Having worked with some of the most prestigious French restaurants and catering houses, Bruno Aïm also had the honour of delighting gourmets in the exuberant city of Macau for nearly 15 years. His successive elections as President of the National Confederation of French Ice Cream Makers have also made him a deeply involved and widely recognised figure in the French artisanal ice cream industry.
It is the quintessence of this journey that Bruno Paris embodies today. Our range of exceptional French ice creams is the result of over 40 years of passionate craftsmanship, which we now wish to offer to the finest tables in Vietnam.

Since its creation, Bruno Paris has pursued the ambition of bringing together the excellence of French ice-cream craftsmanship with the exceptional diversity of Vietnam’s raw ingredients.
Our recipes are conceived as a true culinary encounter between France and the Far East. That is why each of our creations is deeply committed to showcasing the richness of local production, and more specifically the region’s endemic fruits and plants such as durian, yam, guava, green tea, and dragon fruit.
Throughout the year, our team travels across the country’s fields and fruit markets in search of new inspirations, always with deep respect for both French and Vietnamese traditions. The result: refined and inspired ice creams and sorbets.
